1. Eligibility:
a. This offer is exclusively available to businesses located within a 20-mile radius of a Revit Auto location.
b. Only companies that operate a fleet of vehicles or have a minimum of five company-owned vehicles are eligible.

2. Redemption Process:
a. To redeem the free oil change or diagnostic service, the company representative must present the flier provided by Revit Auto.
b. Appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting Revit Auto’s customer service team.
c. The offer is subject to availability, and appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
d. Each eligible company is entitled to either one free oil change or one free diagnostic service.

3. Oil Change Service:
a. The free oil change service includes up to 5 quarts of standard motor oil and a standard oil filter.
b. Any additional parts, fluids, or services required beyond the scope of the free oil change will be charged at the regular rate.
c. The customer will be informed of any necessary repairs or maintenance recommended by Revit Auto’s technicians, and any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the services.

4. Diagnostic Service:
a. The free diagnostic service covers an initial assessment of the vehicle’s condition, including a comprehensive scan of the vehicle’s onboard computer systems.
b. Any repairs or maintenance required as a result of the diagnostic assessment will be charged at the regular rate.
c. The customer will be provided with a detailed report outlining the diagnostic findings and any recommended services or repairs.

5. Limitations:
a. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by Revit Auto.
b. The free oil change or diagnostic service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

6. Liability:
a. Revit Auto will not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the provision of the free oil change or diagnostic service.
b. The company agrees to release and hold harmless Revit Auto, its employees, and its agents from any liability arising from the provision of the service.

7. Modification and Termination:
a. Revit Auto reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
b. In case of termination, any outstanding scheduled appointments will be honored, but no new appointments will be accepted.

By accepting and utilizing the free oil change or diagnostic service, the company acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions set forth by Revit Auto.
